Discounts available for long term summer or winter storage needs. Note: I have insurance on the buildings, but you must have your own personal belongings insurance (tenant ins.). You may not store anything dangerous, hazardous material or anything that makes a mess. All units are either new, or like new, except for the garage and are not insulated or heated.
